Liability for contents and external links
As a service provider, according to § 7 (1) TMG we are responsible for our own content on the websites in accordance with general laws. According to §8 to §10 TMG,
as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to research circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or to block the use of information under general laws do remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a
specific legal violation. As soon as we become aware of such legal infringements, we will remove this kind of content immediately.
If our offer contains links to external third-party websites, we have no influence on their content. Therefore, we cannot take over a liability for this third-party content. The respective
supplier or operator of the websites is always responsible for the contents of these linked websites. The linked websites were checked for possible legal violations at the time point than they
were linked. No illegal content was identified at the time point than the link was set.
Nevertheless, a permanent content control of the linked websites is not reasonable without concrete clues of a law breaking. Links of this kind will be removed immediately on discovery of legal
infringements.
